Our print-on-demand items are made after you place an order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, although it may take longer during busy periods or if an item is temporarily unavailable.

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of production or carrier delays. We’ll send tracking information by email when it becomes available.

We ship to the destinations offered at checkout. Items in the same order may be made and shipped separately, so they may arrive in different packages.

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, email us promptly at levanah0104@gmail.com. We’ll try to help, but we may be unable to change an address once production or shipping has begun.

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact us at levanah0104@gmail.com with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Digital products, if offered in the future, are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
