Refund policy

Our print-on-demand products are made to order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size or color selected at checkout. Please check the size chart before ordering. 

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email levanah0104@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate. Please contact us before sending anything back. 

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes only if the order has not entered production. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
